The management team of Greenebaum and Rose has experience in all aspects of property development, acquisition and management in all types of market environments.

 

Mark Bennett, Vice President of Development
Mark is responsible for commercial construction and residential land development in Baltimore. Mark has over 25 years of experience in site development and commercial construction. Since joining Greenebaum and Rose Associates in 1992, Mark has developed over 3,000 residential lots valued at over 190 million dollars. Recently, Mark served as the project manager for the Student Financial Assistance Building in Washington D.C.

Steve Braesch, Partner
Steve is responsible for all commercial development activities of the firm. Since 1987, he has completed over $500 million of commercial development projects for Greenebaum & Rose in the Washington area. Prior to joining Greenebaum & Rose, Steve was employed by the Kiewit Companies. Steve has a Civil Engineering degree from Iowa State University and is a registered professional engineer.

Meera Friemel, Development Manager
Meera is responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of development projects from concept to construction in Washington, DC.  She works closely with architects, engineers, general contractors, lenders, brokers, and government agencies to ensure projects maintain the schedule and budget.  Meera has worked at Greenebaum & Rose since 1999 and has a Civil Engineering degree from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA in Real Estate from The George Washington University.

Stewart Greenebaum, Founding Partner
Stewart assumes responsibility for all residential development of the company. He is responsible for the acquisition and development of over 10,000 residential lots as well as office buildings and shopping centers in the Baltimore metropolitan area. Stewart has over 40 years of real estate development experience. He is recognized as a prominent civic leader and philanthropist in Baltimore.

 

Michael Greenebaum, Partner
Michael is responsible for the asset management of the suburban portfolio. Michael is directly responsible for acquisitions, leasing, and managing of the Baltimore portfolio. Michael has been with Greenebaum and Rose Associates since 1987. He has experience in all facets of both commercial and residential real estate development. Michael has a degree in Real Estate and Urban Development from American University.

Reid Liffmann, Partner
Reid is responsible for acquisitions, capital formation transactions and asset management. He has previously served as project manager on over one million square feet of office development. Reid has previous experience with LaSalle Partners and Merrill Lynch. Reid received a degree in accounting from The George Washington University and received an MBA in finance from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.

Charlie O'Donovan, Vice President of Development
Charlie is responsible for residential land development and entitlement processing. He is the project manager for Maple Lawn Farms in Howard County. Charlie has over 15 years of land development experience. Charlie has previous experience with Ryland Homes and James F. Knott Realty Group. Charlie received a degree in economics from University of Richmond and received a Masters of Science in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University.

Deborah Perry, Director of Asset Management
Deborah has been in the property management field for twenty (20) years and has extensive experience in virtually every aspect of the operation of Class-A office buildings, retail and warehouse facilities. Her cumulative portfolios have exceeded more than 6 million square feet.

Samuel G. Rose, Founding
Partner

Samuel assumes overall responsibility for the commercial development activities of the company. He has over forty years of experience in commercial development primarily in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. Over his career, he has personally overseen the development and management of over 5 million square feet of office space. Prior to forming Greenebaum & Rose Associates, he spent ten years with the Rouse Company in various roles. He is a graduate of Dickinson College and University of Baltimore Law School.
